Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Client Associate to support the EMEA sales team, coordinating with Client Partners and internal teams to drive revenue across diverse advertising solutions. The role focuses on client communication, proposal prep, and pipeline management in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are early-career in sales support with strong communication, organisational skills, and a keen interest in luxury and premium media audiences.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in sales support (early-career).
• Strong interest in media, advertising and integrated marketing solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of media sales activity for designated Client Partners and opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients, agencies and internal teams, ensuring deadlines and follow-ups.
• Coordinate print execution tasks, confirming positioning, pulling rates, preparing IOs and sharing booking details.
• Liaise with Ad Services and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and assist with pricing support.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene: accounts, deals, and pipeline, with director approval.
