Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to manage renewals for a defined set of Global Risk Insights customers in the EMEA region. You will collaborate with product, tech and partnerships teams to meet client needs and drive renewals, ensuring strong revenue retention.

You will monitor usage, onboard new users, train on GRI products, and support upsells with the Account Executive. Strong English skills and 2–4 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven success in client engagement or account management.
• Excellent English-language written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement the retention strategy for assigned GRI accounts with the Account Executive.
• Monitor usage and renewals, identifying high-risk accounts and turnaround ideas.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and client training with Product Training Specialist team.
• Coordinate renewal pricing, contracting, invoicing and client support.
• Support upsell opportunities and collaborate with commercial colleagues.
