Job summary

Reliance Worldwide Corporation (RWC) is seeking a Master Data Manager for the EMEA region to own governance across material, product, customer, vendor, and pricing data. You will lead two specialists, define standards, and partner with IT and operations to ensure clean data across SAP, PIM, and manufacturing systems.

You’ll drive data quality, establish KPIs, and collaborate across functions and geographies to align processes with business priorities and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven master data management experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP master data and related modules.
• Hands-on experience with a PIM platform.
• Understanding of data governance, standards, and quality frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and international sites.
• Excellent communication and data stewardship skills.

Responsibilities

• Own governance of master data domains including material, product, customer, and pricing data.
• Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, data models and workflows.
• Set data quality KPIs and drive improvements in accuracy and completeness.
• Lead two master data specialists and ensure timely data upkeep.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, supply chain, sales, and finance to resolve data issues.
• Support system projects, migrations, and rollouts from a master data perspective.
