Job summary

Reliance Worldwide Corporation (RWC) seeks a Master Data Manager EMEA to own the integrity, structure and governance of master data across the region. You will lead a small team and coordinate with IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales and Finance to ensure data accuracy across SAP, PIM and related systems.

This hands-on leadership role requires delivering data quality improvements, setting standards, and aligning stakeholders across geographies.

Qualifications

• Proven master data management experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP master data; BOMs and material data familiarity.
• Hands-on experience with a PIM platform and data governance frameworks.
• Ability to define standards, naming conventions, data models, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own governance of master data domains (material/product, customer, vendor, pricing, BOM).
• Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, data models, and workflows.
• Set data quality KPIs and drive improvements in accuracy and completeness.
• Manage data creation and changes with approvals and audit trails.
