Reliance Worldwide Corporation (RWC) is seeking a Master Data Manager for the EMEA region to own governance across material, product, customer, vendor, and pricing data. You will lead two specialists, define standards, and partner with IT and operations to ensure clean data across SAP, PIM, and manufacturing systems.

You’ll drive data quality, establish KPIs, and collaborate across functions and geographies to align processes with business priorities and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven master data management experience, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP master data and related modules.
  • Hands-on experience with a PIM platform.
  • Understanding of data governance, standards, and quality frameworks.

JOB PURPOSE

The Master Data Manager EMEA owns the integrity, structure, and governance of master data across our Region. Working across IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales & Marketing and Finance, you will ensure material, product,customer,manufacturing,vendor, andpricingdata isaccurate, consistent, and trusted across all systems and sites.

You will own master data acrossour core systems -SAP, PIM,Quality, Manufacturing andProduct-management systems.Leading a team of two, you will set standards and improve how data is created,maintained, and used across the company.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who delivers results,drivesquality, and aligns stakeholders across functions and geographies.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Master Data Ownership & Governance
  • Own governance of master data domains, including material/product,customer,vendor,pricing,BOM, and manufacturing data.

  • Define and enforce master data standards, naming conventions, data models, and workflows.

  • Set data quality KPIs and drive measurable improvements in accuracy and completeness.

  • Manage data creationandchanges with controls, approvals, and audit trails.

Systems & Data Integration
  • Own SAP master data, ensuring material and product data supports manufacturing, planning, and finance.

  • Own complete PIM product data quality, attributes, taxonomy, and channel content.

  • Partner with IT and integration teams to keep data flowing cleanly across systems.

Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop two master data specialists, setting priorities, standards, and expectations.

  • Build a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Balance workload and consistently meet business service levels.

Cross-Functional & Continuous Improvement
  • Work with operations, supply chain, product management, sales, marketing, and financeto resolve data issues at source.

  • Lead improvements that raise data quality, reduce manual effort, and streamline processes.

  • Act as the trusted advisor and escalation point for master data.

  • Support system projects, migrations, and rollouts from a master data perspective.

  • Ensure master data maintenance and developmentsupportsbusiness AI strategy and plans

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • Proven master data management experience, ideally in manufacturing.

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP master data (material master, BOMs, and related modules).

  • Hands-on experience with a PIM platform.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and product data and its operational and commercial impact.

  • Experience defining and enforcing data governance, standards, and quality frameworks.

  • Comfort working across multiple business functions and international sites.
