Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Director, Retail, EMEA to lead growth and commercial performance of the luxury retail offering across Rosewood hotels and e-commerce platforms in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will oversee a diverse product portfolio spanning apparel, home, gifting, beauty and wellness, ensuring each assortment reflects the unique identity of its property while upholding exceptional standards of luxury.

• Drive strategic growth of Rosewood’s retail offering across hotels, wellness environments and e-commerce channels.
• Curate luxury product assortments across multiple categories, balancing commercial performance, innovation and brand positioning.
• Prepare and manage the annual EMEA retail budget with forecasting and stock investment analysis.
