Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Operations, Global to design, launch, and continuously enhance the global operating infrastructure for Rosewood’s retail business across digital and physical channels. You will translate commercial ambitions into scalable operating models covering e‑commerce, inventory, fulfilment, payments, and hotel interfaces.

You will lead platform evaluation, vendor selection, and operational readiness while owning the performance of Rosewood’s online

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in retail operations, e‑commerce, supply chain, logistics or related disciplines.
• Experience building/scaling retail and e‑commerce in omnichannel environments.
• Ability to translate commercial objectives into integrated operating models with technology, processes, and customer experience.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM, warehouse operations, 3PL, and analytics.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills; able to drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree and fluency in written/spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end operating architecture for Rosewood’s global retail business (e‑commerce, gift cards, inventory, order management, payments, fulfilment).
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology and process solutions.
• Lead platform evaluation, business case development, vendor selection, implementation, and readiness.
• Own operational performance of e‑commerce channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys from discovery to delivery and returns.
• Establish a consistent global retail operating model with governance, SLAs, controls and SOPs.
• Design and manage scalable global fulfilment and distribution, inventory controls, logistics, and cross‑border delivery.
• Lead strategic initiatives, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Develop and mentor the retail operations team, fostering capability building and cross‑functional collaboration.
