Qualifications

• Experience in digital performance marketing and account management within hotels or travel.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, campaign management, and performance channels (Paid Media, CRM, Website & E‑Commerce, SEO).
• Commercial mindset with hands-on delivery and optimization.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Excellent English communication across diverse markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of hotels and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Translate hotel priorities into actionable, performance-driven digital marketing plans and campaigns.
• Lead planning and oversight of integrated digital campaigns across paid media, search, metasearch, social, website, email, and SEO channels.
• Coordinate agency partners and internal specialists to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Monitor channel performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Deliver clear performance reporting and insights for hotel and regional leadership.
