Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a Manager, Global Experiences EMEA to shape strategies that drive long‑term growth across our experiences business.

You’ll influence partnerships with iconic brands and expand presence across the EMEA region, working with recognized partners and supporting revenue‑generating initiatives. You will collaborate with the Global Experiences territorial lead and other stakeholders to align strategy, forecasts and long‑term plans, while engaging in high‑impact licensing

Qualifications

• Experience in location‑based entertainment, attractions, experiences, licensing or related commercial environment.
• Proven project and account management across multiple partners and initiatives.
• Strong ability to analyze opportunities, perform market analysis and financial planning.
• Experience supporting licensing discussions and negotiations.
• Track record of working with cross‑functional stakeholder teams at a strategic level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned accounts from pitching properties to contract input and servicing licensees.
• Assist in evaluating new business opportunities including due diligence, market/competition analysis and deal points.
• Contribute to budgeting targets, forecasts and business reviews to monitor revenue against goals.
• Collaborate with Franchise, PR, Legal, Finance, Product Development, Brand Assurance and other divisions for alignment.
• Communicate account activity to international stakeholders and participate in negotiations and pitches.
• Represent the business at partner meetings, trade shows and site visits.
