Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in location-based entertainment, attractions or licensing.
• Proven project and account management across multiple partners and revenue projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with licensing discussions, analysis and negotiations.
• Experience with financial data, forecasts, budgets and performance metrics.
• Track record working with cross-functional stakeholder teams at a strategic level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of assigned accounts from pitching to input on contract negotiation and servicing day-to-day needs of licensees.
• Assist in evaluating new opportunities including due diligence, market analysis, and business model assessment; support negotiations.
• Establish and monitor financial goals, budgets, forecasts, and reviews to ensure revenue targets are met.
• Collaborate with Franchise, PR, Legal, Finance, Product Development, Brand and other divisions to align strategy and activations.
• Communicate account activity to international stakeholders including updates, negotiations, forecasts and long-term plans.
• Represent the business at partner meetings, trade shows and site visits.
