Qualifications

• Significant experience in Learning & Development, Capability Development, Organisational Development, or a related field.
• Experience operating within complex, matrix organisations.
• Expertise in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Service, Functional Capability or Leadership Development.
• Track record of designing and delivering scalable learning solutions with measurable business impact.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior leaders.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical capability.
• Passion for innovation, digital learning, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify current and future capability needs.

• Design scalable, high-impact learning solutions using modern and digital learning approaches.
• Act as the product owner for development solutions, ensuring they remain relevant, engaging, and effective.
• Influence senior stakeholders and investment decisions through data-driven insights.
• Measure success through behavioural change, capability growth, and business impact.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Learning & Capability, Talent, and Business Functions to create a seamless learner experience.
