Job summary

Salt is seeking an EMEA Learning Architect in London to design role-based learning journeys, accelerate product adoption, and enablement for enterprise clients. The initial six-month contract follows a hybrid pattern: three days in the London office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing learning strategies, journeys or enablement programmes in a tech-led environment.
• Customer-facing experience within consulting, professional services, customer success or delivery.
• Experience supporting technology adoption, organisational change or customer enablement.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior customer stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to measuring engagement and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored, role-based learning journeys using instructor-led training, certifications, on-demand learning and cohorts.
• Assess goals, roles, workflows and skills gaps to identify learning needs.
• Develop strategies supporting product adoption and successful use-case delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers to maximise learning value.
• Collaborate with Success, Consulting and Delivery teams to align training with delivery plans.
• Use data and insights to identify risks and improve engagement.
