Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to drive organisation-wide capability development and AI adoption across a regulated financial services environment. You will partner with senior leaders, HR, transformation, and technology to deliver measurable capability interventions and governance over learning programs.

The role focuses on shaping enterprise-wide AI capability, building roadmaps, and embedding responsible AI in learning ecosystems, with a hands-on approach to execution.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading organisation-wide capability, workforce development or talent initiatives in a complex organisation.
• Experience identifying capability gaps and translating them into measurable, business-focused interventions.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset, connecting workforce capability to organisational performance and future needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation-wide capability programmes and AI adoption initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR, Transformation, Technology and other stakeholders.
• Build capability roadmaps and advise on capability risks, opportunities and investments.
• Shape an enterprise-wide approach to AI capability development and responsible AI adoption.
• Own Quilter's Skills and Growth Levy approach, governance and oversight.
