Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of Marketing experience).
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong customer-first mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in English plus one additional regional language; French or German is a strong advantage.
• Experience in semiconductor, test and calibration, aerospace, automotive, or broader engineering industries is highly desirable.
• Experience with inbound or outbound calling.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with prospects and customers, becoming a trusted first point of contact for Druck.
• Share product and service insights and ensure every inquiry is directed to the appropriate stakeholders, even when it is not commercially viable.
• Own the lead lifecycle, tracking every step from initial contact to closure or cancellation.
• Qualify inbound leads and ensure smooth, high quality handoffs to the Sales team.
• Follow up on opportunities, ensuring they progress through the commercial pipeline efficiently.
• Route opportunities to the correct Direct Sales or Channel Partner using SFDC.com and other platforms.
• Explore new markets, identify potential partnerships, and generate outbound leads through calling, social selling, and other proactive outreach methods.
