Job summary

Druck, part of Crane Aerospace & Electronics, is seeking a Lead Development Specialist to drive growth across the EMEA region from its Leicester base. You will connect Druck’s precision pressure measurement and calibration technologies with customers, nurture strategic relationships, and identify new opportunities across diverse industries.

In this commercial role you will own the lead lifecycle, qualify inbound opportunities, coordinate with Sales and Channel Partners, and lead outbound

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years marketing experience.
• At least 3 years in customer service or sales.
• English plus one regional language; French or German is a strong advantage.
• Experience in semiconductor, test/calibration, aerospace, automotive, or engineering industries desirable.
• Experience with inbound or outbound calling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with prospects and customers as the trusted first contact.
• Qualify inbound leads and ensure quality handoffs to Sales.
• Own the lead lifecycle from initial contact to closure.
• Route opportunities to Direct Sales or Channel Partners.
• Generate outbound leads via calling, social selling, and proactive outreach.
• Expand into new markets and identify potential partnerships.
