Job summary

White & Case in London seeks a Senior Manager, Learning & Development – EMEA to lead the regional learning strategy in support of the Firm’s 2028 ambitions. You will define priorities, deliver practical solutions, and create a meaningful employee experience for lawyers and services professionals across EMEA.

This highly visible role requires collaborating with senior leaders, delivering learning through multiple modalities, and measuring impact through governance and analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of developing and delivering training, instructional design and learning solutions.
• Masters degree preferred or advanced degree in related field.
• Professional services experience, especially in a law firm, preferred.
• Coaching qualification desirable and psychometric qualifications are useful.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA L&D team across three locations and manage a regional portfolio of learning programs.
• Develop and maintain a regional curriculum aligned to local needs and firm strategy.
• Deliver learning across modalities: in-person, virtual classrooms, digital learning, coaching and mentoring.
• Govern learning standards, evaluation frameworks and ROI measurements.
• Partner with HR, engagement, practice groups and external vendors to ensure program impact.
