Job summary

Compass Lexecon is seeking a driven and proactive Coordinator to support the Learning & Development team in our Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) offices. This role will report directly into the Learning & Development Manager who oversees all L&D activity for the EMEA region.

The Learning & Development team is responsible for core curriculum, induction programmes and ad-hoc training for fee-earners and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or Training.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating delivery of training courses – bookings, tracking, feedback etc.
• Liaising with internal and external training facilitators.
• With instruction from the Manager, ensuring training materials are updated as required and all materials produced are in our house-style.
• Co-ordinating the dissemination of materials through the intranet and by email ahead of sessions.
• Working with the training team to monitor and evaluate the quality of training.
• Researching potential training providers.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
• Providing insights into data on a timely basis as requested.
• Monitoring L&D inbox and training applications.
• Ensuring all requests are tracked and receive a timely response.
