Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the UK seeks a Policy Manager for the EMEA Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) Policy and Program Support Team. You will interpret global policies, address regulatory guidance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across EMEA.

You will monitor AML/KYC changes, guide business units, and ensure policy implementations align with Firm-wide KYC Standards while mitigating risk through effective governance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at multiple seniority levels.
• Results-driven with ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
• Experience in AML/KYC, Compliance, Risk or Audit.
• Knowledge of regulatory landscape and country-specific challenges.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and interpret changes in EMEA AML/KYC regulations and guidance.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across Europe.
• Support business initiatives within specific KYC disciplines.
• Perform gap assessment of updates to current KYC processes and update guidance accordingly.
• Oversee and shape new sustainable processes with proper controls to mitigate risk.
• Directly contribute as a SME shaping operational execution.
