Job summary
Rheinmetall is seeking an On-site Support Leader for EMEAI, with hybrid work options in Telford or Bristol. You will lead IT support services across the region, coordinating with regional leads and the Global Service Desk to ensure responsive, high-quality IT service.
You will travel to Rheinmetall sites as needed, drive continuous improvement, and implement standard IT processes to support a rapidly expanding user base while complying with security requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience leading IT support/service desk in a multi-site or international organisation.
- Strong knowledge of M365, Windows, AD, Group Policy, Intune, and Cloud/Entra/Azure.
- ITIL/ITSM experience with ServiceNow or equivalent platform; SC clearance eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop the divisional IT support service and act as escalation point.
- Coordinate with regional IT leads and Global Service Desk to resolve issues and improve service.
- Travel occasionally to Rheinmetall sites to support deployments and local projects.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement modern IT solutions; establish standard IT processes.
- Ensure policies and cyber security rules are followed across the EMEA region.
