Qualificações

• Vocational training in IT or a degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
• Several years of professional experience in IT, preferably in Helpdesk/support.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Organise and manage a team within the EMEA Helpdesk.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure resolution of IT tickets.
• Oversee installation of hardware and software for end users.
