Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset Management is seeking a Vice President Client Account Manager focused on EMEA insurance clients. You will own service relationships, understand client operations, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include onboarding, servicing, and addressing complex client needs while maintaining risk and control standards. Strong collaboration with Client Advisors and Product Specialists is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional asset management, insurance asset management or financial services client servicing.
• Experience servicing insurance clients is advantageous.
• Proven ability to own complex client relationships and drive end-to-end resolution.
• Strong relationship-management, communication and influencing skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key day-to-day service contact for a portfolio of EMEA insurance clients and build trusted relationships.
• Understand each client's business, operating model, and servicing needs across the firm.
• Deliver high-quality client experience through onboarding, servicing, and change activity.
• Coordinate with Client Advisors, Investment and Product Specialists in a unified client team.
• Identify and resolve client issues across functions within risk and control framework.
