Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join a growing EMEA sales team in a technology-driven environment. You will develop new opportunities, support existing customers and help drive revenue growth across the region.

The role combines sales and customer service skills with strong organisation, attention to detail and a passion for technology, with a hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Ability to research customers and identify opportunities.
• Target-driven with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inside sales activity across EMEA territories and support the wider sales team.
• Follow up leads by telephone and email to progress opportunities.
• Use CRM to manage activity, pipeline, and customer records.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and support conversions.
• Prepare quotations, pro-forma invoices and contracts.
• Produce sales and CRM reports on orders, renewals, and licensing.
• Research customers to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Support campaigns, mailings and outbound lead generation.
• Monitor tender portals and social media for opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to achieve revenue targets and events coordination.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer information and documentation.
