Job summary

Your Reformer is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support the EMEA region, coordinating the customer journey from order through onboarding and installation. The role requires strong organisational skills and a systems-minded approach to ensure accuracy and alignment across teams.

You will manage onboarding for Pilates Education clients, digital implementations and ongoing account administration, collaborating with logistics, tech and commercial teams to deliver a seamless customer

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation or account management in a B2B environment.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with distributor partners and customers across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end order management through e-commerce and internal systems.
• Lead onboarding and training for digital solutions and coordinate installations with logistics.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate across commercial, logistics, digital and technical teams to keep projects moving.
• Create, document and improve SOPs to scale processes across EMEA.
