Job summary

Your Reformer in Manchester is seeking an organised Implementation Specialist to join the EMEA team. You will coordinate the customer journey from order through onboarding and installation, ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholders.

You will work with the Senior Business Account Manager - EMEA, distributors, customers and internal teams to manage orders, invoicing, onboarding, digital implementations and ongoing account administration.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be highly organised, proactive and systems-savvy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Fluent English is required; European language skills bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order management through Shopify, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate onboarding and digital implementations for EMEA clients.
• Maintain and update customer records across commercial systems and HubSpot.
• Collaborate with logistics, tech and commercial teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
