Job summary

Clear. is seeking a Director – Sales to lead hyperscale key accounts across the EMEA region, collaborating with regional leaders and global account leads to drive strategy, growth and profitability.

The role encompasses engagement with Architects, Engineers and Contractors programs across the data center lifecycle, aligning with customers, consultants, contractors, partners and internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related industry professional sales.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing staff and programs at national, district or regional level.
• Strong strategic planning and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to forecast, plan, and deliver on sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Sell a diverse range of Data Center solutions and services across a defined territory.
• Position services for design, end-to-end project deployment, product enhancement, and rack & roll.
• Build partnerships across Business Units and work within a fast-paced sales team.
• Develop business partner relations with strategic vendors/alliance partners to enhance value-add sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve post-sale issues.
• Utilize sales management tools for planning, supplier planning, and documenting opportunities.
• Forecasts sales volume and profit for existing and new products and customers.
• Establishes and expands supplier relationships at national, regional, and local levels.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree - Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field
