Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Sales Director - Data Centre to own the commercial strategy and drive new business with major data centre clients in the Neo Cloud and Hyperscale sectors. The role focuses on developing the sales plan, building relationships with senior clients, and guiding end-to-end deal negotiations.

The position demands extensive experience in data centre sales, strong contract negotiation, and a proven ability to win large strategic accounts across Europe.

Qualifications

• Significant experience selling into the data centre sector.
• Existing relationships across Hyperscale, Neo Cloud, Colocation or major data centre operators.
• Proven track record of winning and developing large strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of the data centre infrastructure ecosystem and project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across Hyperscale and Neo Cloud data centre market.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients and tech businesses.
• Identify new market opportunities and major infra programmes.
• Own the full sales cycle from engagement to contract award.
• Lead high-value tenders, proposals and negotiations.
• Represent the business at industry events and senior client meetings.
