Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in London seeks an experienced HR Manager to support our expanding teams across France and Germany. This territory position focuses on HR operations, employee relations, compliance and experience without direct line management.

You will partner with regional leaders and global HR to ensure consistent programs while adapting to local market needs. Fluency in French and English is essential; German is a plus. This role requires five days onsite at our London office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting France and Germany is highly advantageous.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance and HR risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across France and Germany, incl. onboarding and offboarding.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance and workplace matters.
• Draft and review contracts and HR documentation; ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with Legal, Finance and leadership to mitigate employment risk.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits and mobility across markets.
• Support cultures and engagement initiatives with global HR teams.
