Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in London is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support teams across France and Germany. This territory-focused role combines strategic partnership with hands-on HR operations and employee experience, reporting to the global HR function.

Fluency in French and English is essential; German is a plus. You will work five days onsite in our London office, coordinating with regional leaders to implement people programmes consistently while adapting to local requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Strong experience supporting employees and leaders across France and Germany.
• Fluent French and English are essential; German language capability is advantageous.
• Good understanding of employment law, compliance and HR risk.
• Comfortable operating independently across multiple markets and balancing priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own HR operations across France and Germany, including onboarding, offboarding and records management.
• Implement and maintain scalable HR policies, processes and systems.
• Advise managers and employees on employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with French and German employment laws, GDPR and internal policies.
• Partner with Legal, Finance and leadership to identify and mitigate employment risk.
• Support employee experiences and engagement initiatives across France and Germany.
