Job summary

Future Electronics is seeking a Human Resources Director, EMEA to lead the delivery of people strategy across the region, partnering with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business priorities and drive sustainable performance.

You will guide workforce planning, organisational design, and talent management, while directing change programmes and ensuring compliant, high-value HR services across diverse countries and cultures.

Qualifications

• Degree level (or equivalent) with CIPD status preferred and proven senior HR leadership across multiple countries.
• Strong expertise in compensation, benefits, and reward practices.
• Data-driven and technology-enabled HR leadership with experience in HR systems and analytics.

Responsibilities
