Job summary

Cytiva in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Director, People Partner EMEA to lead a large HR team across the region, shaping engagement, culture and talent strategies while ensuring compliant governance. You will partner with HRBPs, COEs and Shared Services to deliver scalable people programs and support leaders to deliver an inclusive associate experience.

This onsite role is based in Amersham and reports to the Vice President, People Partner Global.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Progressive leadership experience in HR.
• Experience coaching and influencing People Leaders on complex change.
• Familiarity with lean principles and applying process improvements to HR.
• Leveraging analytics or AI-enabled tools to improve HR decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across EMEA, driving HR evolution.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to business and functional leadership on people strategy and workforce planning.
• Coach and guide People Leaders on complex topics and change initiatives.
• Influence global workforce/talent strategies into effective programs for attraction and retention across EMEA.
• Govern escalations and strengthen preventative ER/LR practices.
