Job summary

BDA is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our rapidly growing EMEA division across the UK, France, and Germany. As a trusted advisor to leaders, you’ll influence organizational decisions, design strategies, and drive talent initiatives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The role emphasizes leadership partnerships, workforce planning, and change management, with a hybrid work model and regular travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Strong HR business partnering experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience supporting leaders across UK, France and Germany, including ER and change matters.
• Knowledge of employment practices, consultation requirements, and HR compliance in at least one supported country.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and balance employee and business needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across cultures and levels.
• Fluency in English; French and/or German skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across UK, France, and Germany.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change leadership.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and performance concerns.
• Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant HR practices.
• Support organizational changes and strategic HR initiatives with planning and communication.
• Use data to identify trends and improve engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and other HR partners.
