Job summary

Future Electronics is seeking a Human Resources Director, EMEA, to lead the HR strategy and operations across the region. You will partner with senior business leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities and ensure compliant, high-impact HR delivery across diverse markets.

The role requires strong leadership, analytics, and change-management capabilities, with CIPD status preferred and experience in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree level or equivalent professional experience in HR with CIPD status preferred.
  • Proven track record of senior HR leadership across multiple countries within a multinational.
  • Commercially minded and strategically focused with ability to translate business objectives into people solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of HR strategy and operations across the EMEA region.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders on workforce planning and talent management.
  • Drive HR policies, processes, and systems with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Partner with Talent & Development to attract, develop, engage, and retain leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation across EMEA and manage employee relations risks.
  • Lead organisational change and transformation initiatives including restructures.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders to influence decisions with HR expertise.
  • Leverage HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
