About The Role

The part-time Employee Success Business Partner is responsible for building talent density and supporting organizational success across the EMEA region. This role partners with the Revenue team and regional senior leadership, managers, and colleagues to foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture. This is an in-person position based in our London, England office.

In This Role, You Will:
  1. Build relationships and serve as a strategic HR partner, advising the Vice President, EMEA, and regional leadership on people-related policies and practices, providing data-driven guidance.
  2. Establish trust and credibility across the organization by connecting teams to resources, including Employee Success Centers of Excellence (COEs), to drive business outcomes.
  3. Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
  4. Anticipate potential problems and know when to escalate issues.
Support Organizational Transformation Initiatives
  1. Coach managers on performance management, team restructuring, and talent development to increase productivity and meet business goals.
  2. Assist managers with implementing changes such as role adjustments, merit planning, onboarding, and offboarding.
  3. Engage with Employee Success COEs to guide leaders on culture initiatives, including post-engagement survey action planning.
Support People Operations Globally
  1. Ensure compliance with local and international workforce regulations in collaboration with global People Operations teams.
  2. Respond to employee inquiries via a centralized ticketing system.
  3. Improve and automate HR processes to support organizational growth and enhance self-service for employees.
  4. Participate in projects with the Global Employee Success Team, such as handbook updates, salary reviews, and performance evaluations.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with expertise in performance management, strategic partnership, and employee engagement.
  • Thorough knowledge of local employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and multicultural environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • International experience, especially working with teams in India.
  • Experience in startups or high-growth companies.
  • Proficiency with G Suite, Google Workspace, ZenDesk, and HRIS systems.
