Job summary

Snell Executive is seeking a Product Line Lead to drive the commercial success and strategic direction of a portfolio of physical infrastructure solutions for the global data centre ecosystem. You will own the product line from concept to retirement, shaping strategy, roadmaps, pricing, and lifecycle management.

• Proven product leadership experience within a physical product environment.
• Strong understanding of the data centre ecosystem and how infrastructure components interact.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, pricing, and lifecycle management.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including revenue and margin ownership.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product line strategies aligned to business growth objectives.
• Own product roadmaps, investment priorities, and lifecycle planning.
• Identify emerging market opportunities within the global data centre ecosystem.
