Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Program Execution Manager to act as the dedicated customer point of contact during deployment for Global Strategic Accounts. You will oversee multiple project managers and sites across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless delivery and high service standards while managing timelines, budgets, and quality.

You will deputise for the country Delivery Leader when required, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive consistent delivery and customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience.
• Experience in critical infrastructure, data center, or power solutions industry.
• Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2 or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with project management software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for customer senior management.
• Lead and coordinate multiple Project Managers across different EMEA sites.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and escalations.
• Ensure consistent service delivery across regional projects.
• Lead customer engagement forums and feedback processes.
• Monitor and manage project deployments from implementation to closure.
• Ensure projects meet financial, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate resource planning for current and future deployments.
• Support regional delivery teams in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee project costs and financial reporting.
• Implement and maintain project management best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.
• Manage International Trade Compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• The role includes temporary travel within EMEA to support Project Deployment for large, complex and Global Sales Accounts
