Job summary

Strada is seeking a Workday Director, EMEA Professional Services Leader to oversee regional delivery, profitability, and client outcomes across Europe. This role partners with Sales, Delivery Leaders, and Workday counterparts to scale services while maintaining delivery excellence.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive governance, manage executive relationships, and shape strategic accounts, with travel up to 40% and a focus on growth, margin and customer success across the Europe region.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting or professional services leadership.
• 5+ years managing regional or multi-country delivery.
• Deep knowledge of Workday implementations and post-production services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Workday Professional Services business with P&L responsibility.
• Ensure successful delivery and governance across the region.
• Develop annual operating plans aligned to global objectives.
• Partner with Sales and Alliance teams to drive growth.
• Build and coach a high-performing regional leadership team.
