Rogo in London is seeking a front office sales & trading professional to lead full-cycle engagements with top banks and funds, translating AI capabilities into real investment outcomes.

You will drive demos, address workflow challenges, and collaborate with marketing to tailor content; you’ll be the Voice of the Customer and help shape product strategy while thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a front office finance position, specifically sales & trading.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized, detail-oriented.
• An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the scrappiness to ultimately deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle client engagements, building consultative relationships and tailoring demos that resonate with investors and deal teams; translate capabilities into real impact across banking and investing use cases.
• Engage with bankers/investors to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate value of Rogo's AI solutions.
• Establish yourself as a credible expert in solving customers' specific problems (e.g., public company financial research, M&A advisory, diligence workflows).
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to the context of various financial firms, validating how Rogo can add value and showcasing features and benefits.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop content that resonates with bankers/investors, tailored to practice areas and client types.
• Act as the "Voice of the Customer" to help the sales team develop more effective strategies and synthesize feedback for the product team.
• Tailor the introduction of new solutions to specific customer needs.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.
