Rogo in London is seeking a senior Front Office engagement expert to lead client engagements with top banks, PE funds, and investors, translating AI capabilities into financial value.

You will conduct tailored product demonstrations, build credibility with decision-makers, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape client-focused solutions for capital markets workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-office experience at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, consulting firm, or hedge fund.
• Executive engagement skills and presence with ability to build credibility at all levels.
• Outstanding presentation skills, whether impromptu or via demos.
• Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform financial services.
• Sales or LP-facing experience, including business development and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle client engagements, building consultative relationships and tailoring demos.
• Engage with bankers/investors to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate impact.
• Establish credibility as a problem-solver for public company research, M&A, and diligence workflows.
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to different financial firms and client needs.
• Partner with marketing to create content resonating with bankers/investors.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to guide product strategy and sales approaches.
• Tailor introductions of new solutions to specific customer needs.
• Enhance market perception of Rogo as credible and helpful in AI for finance.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.
