Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an accomplished FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting and financial analysis across EMEA. You will build scalable models, partner with senior leaders, and drive strategic decision making in an omni-channel environment including Retail, Ecommerce and Wholesale.

The role requires deep retail finance expertise, multi-channel experience and strong governance of financial reporting. You will report to the Senior Director, Finance & Transformation EMEA, and influence store

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA preferred).
• 10+ years' FP&A/Commercial Finance/Finance BP experience in retail, luxury or consumer goods.
• Multi-channel, international experience and strong understanding of Retail, Wholesale, Ecommerce and Marketplace models.
• Advanced financial modelling with Excel; experience with ERP, planning and BI platforms.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insight.

Responsibilities

• Guide the EMEA planning cycle including Budget, Forecast and LRP.
• Build integrated models for Revenue, Gross Margin, SG&A, CAPEX, Cash Flow and KPIs.
• Develop scalable forecasting methods across all channels.
• Lead monthly performance reporting and variance analysis against Budget and Prior Year.
• Produce executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership.
• Analyze sales, margins, operating expenses, inventory and fulfilment costs by channel.
• Develop KPI dashboards to improve business visibility and decision making.
• Partner on store openings, market expansion and commercial opportunities.
• Support governance, data quality and robust financial controls.
• Lead automation of reporting architectures using ERP, BI and planning tools.
