Job summary

PolyAI in Greater London is seeking a Senior Manager, EMEA Marketing to shape the regional strategy and pipeline for our enterprise platform.

You will lead field events, webinars, and integrated campaigns across EMEA, tailoring programs to local markets and collaborating with Sales, Partnerships and the global Marketing team.

This hands-on leader will coach agencies, manage budgets, and report ROI to senior leadership while traveling for in-person events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in B2B marketing, with field events and campaigns.
• Experience marketing a platform or developer product and transitioning PLG to SLG.
• Proven ability to own regional marketing plan and budget and hit pipeline targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA marketing plan, budget and pipeline targets.
• Lead the field events program across EMEA from strategy to on-site execution.
• Run webinars and virtual events with local language and time-zone relevance.
• Build integrated campaigns with Demand Gen, Content and Product Marketing.
• Collaborate with Developer Marketing and Product on platform events.
• Define handoff from product signals to Sales and Partnerships.
• Manage relationships with partners, agencies and vendors.
• Report on cost per outcome, conversion and ROI to leadership.
