Aerospike, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager based in London to lead the regional field strategy and drive pipeline across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

You will own ABM programs, manage budgets, plan in-person and virtual events, and collaborate with Sales, Partners, and Demand Gen to turn engagement into revenue. This role requires 5+ years in field marketing for B2B software, a strategic yet hands-on mindset, and fluency in English with willingness to travel across

Qualifications

• 5+ years field marketing, event marketing or demand gen in B2B software.
• Experience delivering measurable pipeline in the EMEA region.
• Experience with account-based programs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort with budget planning and ROI measurement.

Responsabilités

• Own regional field strategy and annual/quarterly plans aligned to global campaigns and regional priorities.
• Plan and execute high-impact in-person and virtual events across EMEA including roundtables, dinners, webinars, and partner-led events.
• Design targeted ABM plays with Demand Gen and Sales for priority accounts.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up on event leads with defined SLAs and clean handoffs to Sales.
• Govern the EMEA field budget with proposals, criteria and post-event scorecards.
• Collaborate with partners and channels to co-market and co-host programs.
• Localize messaging/assets for regional markets while ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Share market intelligence on messaging, competition, and trends with cross-functional leadership.
