Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an EMEA Field Marketing Specialist to own regional events, PR coordination, content, and lead management. You’ll partner with field sales to drive pipeline and ensure brand-consistent execution across Northern Europe, combining face-to-face and remote collaboration.

You will travel up to 3 months annually within the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, with regular in-person meetings in London or Southampton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional field marketing experience.
• Experience managing event logistics and post-event lead processes.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Oracle, Redwood) and marketing automation platforms (6Sense, Power BI, social tools).
• Experience using Canva Pro; excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end field marketing events, trade shows, and activations.
• Own lead capture, CRM routing, qualification, and handoff to Sales with minimal leakage.
• Collaborate with Revenue PODs to align field marketing with revenue goals.
• Track pipeline contribution and report on marketing impact.
• Develop compelling content and manage local social media to balance global/local messaging.
