Job summary

You will identify high-value audiences, run events and partner-led activations, and collaborate with Sales, Enablement and Partners to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This role bridges UK & EMEA with North America marketing, localizing campaigns and programs to the region’s needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B field marketing or integrated demand gen.
• Ability to translate regional opportunities into actionable field programs.
• Experience with events, webinars, partner activations.
• Strong collaboration across Marketing, Sales and Partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage UK & EMEA field marketing strategy and activation to translate regional market opportunity into an integrated plan.
• Identify and prioritize high-value segments and audiences for field programs.
• Own end-to-end execution of regional field programs including events, partner activations, and webinars.
• Extend corporate campaigns regionally by activating partners and communities around priority moments.
• Partner with Sales, Enablement and Marketing to align activation with target accounts and pipeline.
• Measure success through demand, pipeline, and revenue impact with clear attribution.
