Job summary

Fitch Solutions is seeking a Senior Field Enablement Partner to drive regional enablement in the EMEA region from our London office. You will localize global programs, align enablement with regional priorities, and ensure strong field adoption across the commercial organization.

You will lead live sessions, workshops, and readiness programs, partnering with sales leaders and frontline managers to reinforce key behaviors and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or related role.
• Experience supporting regional commercial teams and aligning to regional priorities.
• Ability to localize content and delivery for different markets and audiences.
• Strong facilitation and live delivery skills, with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of global enablement programs across the EMEA region.
• Localize content and delivery to meet regional market needs while maintaining global consistency.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to align enablement with commercial goals and initiatives.
• Deliver live enablement sessions, workshops, and readiness programs for regional teams.
• Collect feedback and communicate regional needs to the global enablement hub.
