Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Distinguished Technical Architect, Data & AI, to drive enterprise data and AI strategy across EMEA. You will serve as the senior technical voice, shaping architecture decisions and leading deep-dives with customers to accelerate adoption of Agentforce and Data360.

Deliver on-stage and publish thought leadership, while engaging C-suite stakeholders to align platform capabilities with strategic business outcomes across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, technical consulting, or technical pre-sales in Data and AI domains.
• Proven ability to engage C-level executives (CDO/CTO/CIO/CDAO) as a trusted technical advisor.
• Experience presenting at industry events, publishing thought leadership, or building a personal brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural deep-dives, whiteboard sessions, and design sprints with customers.
• Shape enterprise data and AI strategy, aligning Salesforce platforms to business outcomes.
• Publish technical playbooks, reference architectures, and POVs at scale.
• Engage partners, analysts, and customers to drive adoption of Agentforce and Data360.
