Rise Technical is seeking an experienced engineering leader to own EMEA customer success, lead a growing technical team, and secure high-value business across Europe. Role requires expertise in LCD displays, HMI hardware and embedded systems, with strong leadership and a customer-first approach.

The role involves leading engineering support for EMEA customers, providing pre-sales demonstrations, driving product lifecycle activities, and mentoring the Field Application Engineering team.

Qualifications

• Experience with LCD display technologies and HMI hardware.
• Background in embedded systems using x86 and ARM architectures.
• Proficiency with Linux, Windows and/or Android environments.
• Customer-focused with strong stakeholder management.
• Previous leadership or team management experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering support for EMEA customers across standard and custom projects.
• Provide pre-sales technical support, demonstrations and solution development.
• Drive customer retention and support product lifecycle management activities.
• Manage engineering projects, forecasting and technical documentation.
• Develop, mentor and grow the Field Application Engineering team.
• Support the sales function to achieve a high RFQ win rate.
