Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Field Application Engineer to lead EMEA engineering support for LCD/HMI solutions. The role involves owning customer engagements, guiding pre-sales activities, and collaborating with sales to win high-value opportunities across Europe.

You will oversee a growing technical team, applying deep display and embedded expertise while delivering innovative solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction in a hybrid Crawley-based role.

Qualifications

Senior Field Application Engineer

£65,000 - £75,000 + 36 Days Holiday + Private Medical Insurance + Pension + More Benefits Crawley - Hybrid (3 days per week)

Are you an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in LCD displays, HMI solutions and embedded systems, looking to take ownership of EMEA customer success, lead a growing technical team, and play a pivotal role in securing high-value business across Europe?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global technology business at the forefront of display, HMI and embedded solutions. Working across multiple international teams, you will take responsibility for supporting existing customers, driving engineering excellence and helping secure new business opportunities throughout the EMEA region.

In this customer-facing leadership position, you will act as the primary engineering contact for the region, supporting both standard and custom projects. You will work closely with sales teams, customers and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative technical solutions, improve customer retention and maximise project success.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise across LCD displays, HMI hardware and embedded systems, combined with proven leadership skills and a customer-first approach. This role offers extensive international exposure, the opportunity to build and develop an FAE team, and genuine influence over the future growth of the business.
