Qualifications

• 3–10 years engineering experience with customer-facing roles.
• Background in networking or related technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and applications assistance to customers.
• Attend customer sites across the UK and EMEA, often independently.
• Support customers with installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Work closely with Sales, R&D and Product Management teams.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations.
• Help customers understand and get the best value from the technology.
• Feed customer requirements and technical issues back into internal teams.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Support post-sales activities and customer deployments.
