Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Site Manager for one of its data center campuses. You will directly manage a team of Critical Facilities Engineers, coordinate with Reliability and Design teams, and drive maintenance, event planning, and customer communications to ensure top-tier service and uptime.

The role emphasizes leadership with hands-on capability, development of preventive maintenance, capital planning, and safe operation of complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining mission-critical infrastructure and building systems.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team to ensure exemplary customer experience and operational excellence.
• Oversee engineering and operations to safely run data-center facilities.
• Maintain availability and capacity targets for data centers and infrastructure.
• Direct and manage preventive maintenance and work order programs.
• Ensure training of CFEs and other staff on electrical/mechanical equipment.
