Job summary

Nteractive Ltd, a global events agency, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead F&B for large-scale corporate events across the EMEA region. You will plan budgets, design menus, and collaborate with clients, venues, and suppliers to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Reporting to the F&B Director, you will coordinate with internal teams and oversee onsite delivery, ensuring compliance with safety standards while maximizing attendee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering F&B programmes for large events.
• Experience planning multiple international events simultaneously.
• Strong project management and budgeting skills.
• Proven ability to manage onsite catering operations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of F&B across complex events in the EMEA region.
• Design menus and beverage concepts aligned with client goals and cultures.
• Create engaging F&B presentations and concepts for events.
• Manage all F&B documentation, timelines and plans.
• Ensure high standards and resolve onsite challenges promptly.
